These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”, or “Customer”) and CANORS INDIA (trading as EXCELLO, “we”, “us” or “Excello”) in respect of your access to and use of our website located at excello.in (the “Site”), our mobile application (if any), and the purchase of products and services through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, ordering from or otherwise using the Site or Services you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
For convenience, capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms shall have the meanings given to them in our separate Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available on the Site.
Account: The account established by you on the Site to access and use certain features.
Order: An order for Products placed by you via the Site.
Products: The goods offered for sale on the Site (e.g., men’s T-shirts).
Referral Program / Refer & Earn: Promotional program described in Schedule A.
My Earning: Referral-earning balance credited under the Referral Program.
Wallet: Stored value account/credit balance on the Site.
Headings are for convenience only. References to “including” mean “including without limitation”.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of binding contracts. If under 18, you may not create an Account or place Orders.
Account registration requires true, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.
We may suspend or terminate Accounts in case of breach, fraud, false information, or misuse.
Product descriptions, specifications, colours and images are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly. Variations due to screen/lighting are normal.
All prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change anytime. Errors may lead to order cancellation and refund.
By placing an Order you offer to buy Products. Orders are subject to acceptance. We may reject for stock issues, fraud suspicion, or pricing errors.
Accepted Orders receive confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Orders are confirmed only upon dispatch. Cancelled Orders will be refunded.
Promotions & coupons have their own terms and cannot be combined unless stated.
We accept cards, net banking, UPI, Razorpay, and COD (where available). You confirm authorization to use the selected payment method.
Payment processing is via third-party gateways. We do not store full card details. We are not liable for gateway delays or failures.
Failed payments debiting your account will be refunded as per Refund Policy. Report disputes within 10 days.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes/duties unless included in the price.
Delivery timelines and charges are in our Shipping Policy. Times are estimates only, not guarantees.
Risk transfers to you upon courier delivery. Title transfers on full payment.
Failed deliveries (RTO) due to wrong address/refusal may incur re-delivery charges.
Governed by our Return & Refund Policy on the Site. Returned items are inspected and may be refused if used, damaged or non-compliant.
All IP rights in the Site, content, logos, and software belong to Excello or licensors. You only have a limited license to use the Site for Orders.
User-submitted reviews/images grant Excello a worldwide, royalty-free license for use in marketing, subject to Privacy Policy.
You represent that you are legally capable, information you provide is true, and you will comply with these Terms.
The Site and Products are provided “as is” without warranties, except as required by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant Order.
You agree to indemnify Excello against claims arising from your breach or misuse.
Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy and Indian law. By using the Site, you consent to this processing.
You consent to receive transactional and marketing communications unless opted out.
Promotions/coupons are subject to published terms. Referral Program is governed by Schedule A. Wallet balances and credits are subject to limits and fraud checks.
We may suspend Orders, reverse credits, or suspend Accounts for suspected fraud/abuse. You must cooperate with investigations and provide documents as needed.
Excello is not liable for failure/delay due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, power/courier failures).
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be first attempted amicably, failing which courts in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach/fraud. Surviving clauses include liability, indemnity, IP, and dispute resolution.

Notices to you may be sent via email or posted on the Site.
These Terms with referenced policies are the entire agreement. Invalid provisions do not affect the rest. No waiver is valid unless in writing. Third-party links are not our responsibility.
Eligibility: Only registered account holders may refer. Referees must be first-time buyers.
Referrer Benefit: ₹50 credited in “My Earning” per successful referral (min cart ₹399).
Referee Benefit: 10% discount on first purchase (min cart ₹399) with referral code/link.
Successful Referral: Order placed, delivered, return period expired without cancellation.
Crediting: ₹50 posted within 7–15 business days after return window expiry.
Redemption: Use as order credit or request payout to bank/UPI (subject to verification and min thresholds).
Fraud: Self-referrals, fake accounts, abuse will result in forfeiture and suspension.
Validity: Program applies only to excello.in (not Amazon/Flipkart).
Modification: Excello may modify/terminate with notice. Fraud allows forfeiture.
Taxes: Referrer is responsible for taxes. KYC/AML requirements may apply.
Disputes: Governed by Clause 14 (jurisdiction in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal).
